Free BeltLine Tours

A free bus tour of the BeltLine is offered by the BeltLine Partnership every Friday and Saturday morning from the Inman Park/Reynoldstown MARTA Station located at 1055 Dekalb Ave., NE, Atlanta, GA 30307. The tours begin at 9:15 a.m. each morning and take approximately three hours from start to finish. Atlanta’s favorite farmer’s market offers visitors a wide array of locally grown fruits and vegetables, natural products, chef demonstrations by Joey Riley from Buckhead Diner and Gary Donlick from Pano's and Paul's, and latin rock performed by Gozon.  9:00am to 1:00pm, located at the 12th Street entrance to the Park.  More info.

Sat. 23 Volunteer Orientation/Breakfast
Piedmont Park Conservancy works best because of volunteers like you! To celebrate your dedicated service, please join us for a Piedmont Park Volunteer Orientation/Breakfast from 9:30am - 11:00am at Magnolia Hall, 400 Park Drive, Atlanta GA 30306.
You will receive door prizes and gifts and have the chance to meet fellow volunteers. Please RSVP by Thursday, August 21st to Courtney Smith 404.876.4024 ext. 24 or csmith@piedmontpark.org.

Check-In begins at 9:15am and Breakfast will be served. You can sign up online to become a volunteer and create your personal volunteer account.

Visit Piedmont Park and meet some of our legless residents up close and personal! Learn fun facts, dispel myths, and find out why having snakes in the Park is such a great thing. Learn about the history of Piedmont Park and get a little exercise, by joining for a guided walking tour of Piedmont Park. The tour leaves from the Visitor Center at 11:00 a.m., lasts 60 to 90 minutes and covers all phases of the park’s development. Sat. 20 Clean & Green Projects
Keeping Piedmont Park clean and green is a never-ending job. Put your "heart and soil" in the park by assisting Conservancy landscapers with mulching, clean-up and planting efforts. Clean and Green Projects are a fun, interactive way to help beautify one of Atlanta's most treasured spaces - Piedmont Park, all while learning about some of the latest environmental issues and their impact and making new friends. Groups or individuals are invited to help. 9:00 am to 12 Noon - check-in begins at 8:45 am The minimum age for volunteers with adult supervision is 15 years old.

In order to help us maximize your experience, we ask that groups contact us prior to their desired date of participation, groups of 10 or more are required to register. Please call the Volunteer Manager at 404.876.4024 ext. 24 or email csmith@piedmontpark.org.

This Italian-themed event brings together a diverse group of Atlantans. We invite you to join us for a delightful evening of good food, an open bar and a fabulous auction! We will also have a fabulous auction. Tickets are available. Proceeds from “A Passion for Piedmont” will benefit the park’s youth-based environmental programs, daily maintenance and security.
