Get healthy at the Park’s local farmers market featuring fresh produce, baked goods, fresh juice, honey, sauces, a cooking demo by Chef Jeff Haegar of SoHo, pasta, cheese, pastries, health /wellness products, artists and stop by for breakfast or lunch.

Learn, explore and create at the Conservancy’s Kid’s Drop by Tent. Environmental Educators and volunteers offer opportunities to learn about environmental education, pick up park scavenger hunts, or make a masterpiece to take home. Every week is a different theme.

Kids will learn to make easy and healthy foods and snacks using seasonal ingredients that are also available at the Green Market. Introduce your young chefs and picky eaters alike to tasty healthy snacks. Open to ages 3-17. Children under 5 require the assistance of an adult (no extra charge).
