Reservations for soccer fields may be made for the current and upcoming season on a first-come, first-served basis. Soccer fields can be reserved during the spring, summer, and fall seasons and are closed for maintenance for the winter season. Please keep in mind when submitting reservation requests that PPC Active Oval fields and courts are NOT lighted.

PLEASE NOTE: If this is your first time submitting a reservation request online you will need to create an account. Please click ‘Request Account’ and enter the required information. You will get an email to confirm your account request. Click the link in the email to activate your account. Please add programs@piedmontpark.org to your email contact list; all communication regarding your reservation will come from this email address.

Once you have set up an account you can log in anytime to check field availability calendars and submit reservation requests online. Reservation requests must be made at least five days in advance. Please contact programs@piedmontpark.org with reservation questions.

Payment Deadlines: Payment in full for field reservations must be made within fourteen days of the reservation request. If payment is not received by the deadline, the requested dates will be released. Payments may be made online via credit card or by check. Reservations unpaid seven days before the first date of play may result in cancellation. Payment instructions are sent via email upon submittal of reservation requests.

Field Permits: PPC will issue applicants a Permit which must be printed and brought to the park on all reserved play dates. Permits are placed on hold until payment is received. Permits are approved once reservations have been paid in full.

Damage Deposits: Piedmont Park Conservancy will collect damage deposits for league and tournament reservations. Damage deposits are 25% of the total user fee. Such deposits may or may not cover the costs of repairing damage to the Active Oval or Piedmont Park attributable to the reserving party. In this case, additional assessments may also be invoiced to the reserving party to recover repair costs. To the extent not needed for damage repairs, damage deposits will be refunded within 30 business days of the season’s end.

Refunds/Cancellations/Make-up Dates: To receive a refund or credit for cancellations made by the reserving party, the reserving party must give written notification (email acceptable) to Piedmont Park Conservancy at least fourteen days in advance of the reserved date. PPC will process a refund or credit within 30 business days after all reserved/league play as originally invoiced has been completed. Administrative fees may apply.

To schedule make-ups for field closures, the reserving party must give written notification (email acceptable) to Piedmont Park Conservancy within fourteen days after the cancelled reservation date. PPC will work with the reserving party to schedule a make-up date; a credit may be issued if a date cannot be agreed upon.
