This 1 hour strength building\, core sculpting\, heart pumping pool workout is perfect for the summer! Be prepared for for a circuit-training\, total-body class for the first 30 minutes of class (wear tennis shoes). Please bring swimwear for the second half of class.\n\n8:00am to 9:00am **1 HOUR CLASS!!**\nSaturdays June 1-July 27 (Skip Date 7/6/24)\n\n8 classes – $240\n\n\nWhat to Bring to Class\nThis class is a lot of fun in the sun. I’ll bring the motivation and music.
