Be prepared for for a circuit-training\, total-body class for the first 30 minutes of class (wear tennis shoes). Please bring swimwear for the second half of class.\n\n8am to 9am **1 HOUR CLASS!!**\nSaturdays June 1 -July 27\, (Skip Date 7/6/24)\n\n1 Class $35\n\n\nWhat to Bring to Class\nThis class is a lot of fun in the sun. I’ll bring the motivation and music. You bring a great spirit\, a body ready to burn roughly 1\,000 calories\, and a few other things:\n\nSweat & Splash essentials:\nYoga Mat\nTowel\nSunscreen\nWater\nHat (optional)\nChange of clothes*\n\n*Most participants arrive in swim attire (with coverup or shorts) for initial workout.
