The Human Growth Foundation, in collaboration with the Department of Endocrinology at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, is bringing families, clinicians and community supporters together for a 5K event focused on supporting children with rare growth disorders.
The event will feature a certified 5K course, giveaways, family activities, health resources and post-race festivities, while raising funds for programs and resources that support children and families affected by rare growth disorders.
