Imagine your special day on a lush green lawn, just steps away from the renovated historic stable where your guests will enjoy dinner and dancing.

Magnolia Hall is one of Atlanta’s premier events facilities. The room is elegantly lit with Mission-style lantern chandeliers. The exposed rafters and oak paneling coupled with the beautifully executed polished concrete floors create a warm and unforgettable ambiance. Built in 1945, this building was originally a blacksmith’s forge and its original fireplace is still in place adding to the charming atmosphere.

Magnolia Hall Amenities

Magnolia Hall seats up to 150 guests for buffet and station style dinners, leaving room for dancing, and up to 200 for cocktail style receptions
A stone courtyard and adjacent manicured lawn create flexible event options allowing for an indoor / outdoor flow to your evening
A 20 x 20 tent on the courtyard for cocktail hour or any outdoor activities
Table and chair inventory is included at no additional charge for inside and courtyard use. Additional tables and chairs for lawn use are available to rent from a preferred vendor.

For Rehearsal Dinners: Audio-visual system available at no additional charge. (Client is responsible for the projector and laptop computer. No technician provided.)

Dockside

Recite your vows on the secluded dock surrounded by Lake Clara Meer and its natural habitats, or on the lush green lawn with a spectacular view of the lake. Imagine hosting your reception in the historic Visitor’s Center overlooking the Dock or any of our other beautiful rental venues.

The Dockside venue includes the lower lawn and dock and the historic Visitor Center building, with arched columns that create a dramatic backdrop for photos. Beautifully landscaped boardwalks and stone steps connect the two areas for an easy flow to your event.

Dockside Amenities

The Visitor Center building seats up to 50 guests inside and up to 20 guests on the covered terrace
The entire complex can accommodate up to 250 people, mainly outdoors on the lawn and dock
Table and chair inventory is included at no additional charge for inside and upper terrace use. Additional tables and chairs for dock or lawn use are available to rent from a preferred vendor.
Limited power and lighting are available on the dock.
One pre-ceremony holding room is available for one partner to stay hidden.

Greystone

Host your fairy tale ceremony on the back terrace overlooking the pool and Lake Clara Meer followed by an elegant reception inside the stately venue.

Greystone, built in 1926 and named for its original granite walls, was originally the Bathhouse for swimmers in Lake Clara Meer. Now it is a beautiful private event venue that boasts 32′ wood beamed ceilings and polished concrete floors with sweeping views of the pool and Lake Clara Meer from the back terrace, and stunning Midtown Atlanta skyline views from the stone columns centering the front doors.

Greystone seats up to 200 guests for buffet and station style dinners, and up to 300 for cocktail style receptions
Adjoining terrace seats up to 120 persons on provided wrought iron patio furniture
