Magnolia Hall

Built in 1945, Magnolia Hall is elegantly lit with Mission-style lantern chandeliers along with the original working fireplace. Magnolia Hall’s 3,200 square foot interior, 3,000 square foot outdoor courtyard and adjacent 4,200 square foot lawn create for flexible event options. Magnolia Hall is perfect for daytime meetings, lectures, networking, team-building and evening receptions.

  • Magnolia Hall seats up to 150 guests with buffets/food stations and up to 225 standing
  • Table and chair inventory are included at no additional cost for inside and courtyard use
  • Audio-visual system available at no additional charge. Equipment includes: a cordless microphone, 5-disc CD player, iPod adapter, 10’x10’ drop down projector screen, and podium. (Client is responsible for the projector and laptop computer. No technician provided.)
  • Event Manager to assist with load-in, event operations and breakdown. 
  • 8 hour rental includes set up, event time and breakdown.

Dockside

Located near the 12th Street Gate, Dockside includes two contiguous areas: a dock/lawn area and the historic Visitor Center building. Beautifully landscaped boardwalks and stone steps connect the two areas. Secluded behind the Visitor Center and below the park’s main pathway, the dock/lawn area forms an amphitheater-like space nestled into the western end of the Lake Clara Meer. Perfect location for smaller events such as graduation parties, company picnics and casual gatherings.

  • Visitor’s Center building can seat up to 50 guests inside and 10 guests on the covered patio
  • Entire venue can accommodate up to 250 people, mainly outdoors
  • Table and chair inventory are included at no additional cost for inside and patio use
  • Event Manager to assist with load-in, event operations and breakdown

Greystone

Historic Greystone boasts 9,000 square feet of LEED certified event space including a terrace overlooking Lake Clara Meer. It is ideal for corporate events, exhibitions, networking, non-profit galas and holiday parties.

  • Greystone seats up to 200 guests with buffet/food stations and up to 300 standing.
  • Adjoining terrace seats up to 120 persons on provided patio furniture.
  • The 9,000 square foot building is divided into three distinct areas; South Wing, Main Hall and Conference Room.
  • Table and chair inventory included at no additional charge.
  • 8 hour rental includes set up, event time and breakdown.

The Promenade

Opened to the public in 2011, this 41,000 square foot green space provides you with an open-air venue perfect for your corporate party or outdoor performance in beautiful Piedmont Park. Let us help you plan your next outdoor event in this large semi-private venue that will provide you with lasting memories for your employees, friends and family. The Promenade is great for corporate employee and family outings, team building, health and wellness activities, outdoor movies on the lawn, and outdoor marketing activations.

  • Open lawn capacity: up to 1500 seated, or up to 2500 standing
  • Limited power available 
  • Access to restroom facilities 
  • Tables, chairs and tents are available from out preferred vendors
  • Event Manager to assist with load-in, event operations and breakdown.
  • 10 hour event period includes vendor set up, guest time and vendor breakdown
