Join Garden Manager Matthew Bagshaw for a Home Canning Workshop. We’ll cover the basics of water bath and pressure canning, as well as which foods require which treatment for safe and shelf stable preservation of your seasonal harvest! This is a hands-on workshop. Each participant will take home a jar of canned tomatoes that we make as a group.
