Sweat and Splash at the Piedmont Park Aquatic Center
Piedmont Park’s most popular fitness class is back! This 1.5 hour strength building, core sculpting, heart pumping pool workout is perfect for the summer! Be prepared for for a circuit-training, total-body class for the first 45 minutes of class (wear tennis shoes). Please bring swimwear for the second half of class.
8:30am to 10:00am **1.5 HOUR CLASS!!**

*Most participants arrive in swim attire (with coverup or shorts) for initial workout.
