Join Garden Manager Matthew Bagshaw for a Home Canning Workshop. We’ll cover the basics of water bath and pressure canning, as well as which foods require which treatment for safe and shelf-stable preservation of your seasonal harvest! This is a hands-on workshop. Each participant will take home a jar of canned tomatoes that we make as a group.
