Sweat and Splash at the Piedmont Park Aquatic Center
Piedmont Park’s most popular fitness class is back! This 1 hour strength building, core sculpting, heart pumping pool workout is perfect for the summer! Be prepared for for a circuit-training, total-body class for the first 30 minutes of class (wear tennis shoes). Please bring swimwear for the second half of class.

What to Bring to Class
This class is a lot of fun in the sun. I’ll bring the motivation and music. You bring a great spirit, a body ready to burn roughly 1,000 calories, and a few other things:
Sweat & Splash essentials:
Yoga Mat
Towel
Sunscreen
Water
Hat (optional)
Change of clothes*
*Most participants arrive in swim attire (with coverup or shorts) for initial workout.
