Piedmont Park Conservancy’s free programs are designed to bring people together through creativity, learning, and shared experiences—right in the heart of Atlanta’s most beloved green space.

Jan 21: Kick off the new year with a fresh take on wellness and creativity. In this hands-on Conservancy workshop, participants use Georgia’s winter produce to create balanced, alcohol-free drinks

Jan 22: Come join us as we inoculate hardwood logs with oyster mushroom spawn. This technique is used to produce various kinds of mushrooms commercially or at home.

Feb 4: Create your very own Valentine’s cheer! Local artist Heather Baker of @paperandpenny is instructing and you’ll make 5 specialty cards together! Learn how to carve your own designs into linocut blocks to be used each season for homemade cards.

Feb 12: Celebrate Valentine’s season with a fun, hands-on evening of creativity and connection. This Conservancy workshop invites participants to mix, shake, and stir their own festive drinks using Georgia’s seasonal ingredients.

Feb 13: Join us for Paint and Sip! We’ll paint using the beautiful Park as inspiration – you’ll take home a one of a kind piece! Your art will make great decor or would be a wonderful sentimental gift for the Park lover in your life.

Feb 16-20: Join Piedmont Park Conservancy for our February Fun camp! We’ll spend the week playing outside, participating in STEAM-focused activities, and learning about the plants and animals that call the Park home.

Feb 18: Join Garden Manager Matthew Bagshaw for a workshop that covers all things fermented food! In this hands-on workshop, we’ll make sauerkraut, with each participant leaving with their own jar to take home and ferment.
